Why even the locals "don't drink the water"

Water in Moscow, as in many places in Russia, heavily-polluted by unrestrained industrialization in Soviet Era.<br /><br />Such water is permanently and universally harmful. It is nothing like water in some places, with natural toxins to which the locals become immune.<br /><br />I doubt you will see another place with so-much bottled water!
